Maria, Bisavô’s great-granddaughter, was born and grew up in Solar. The only female in a family of three children, she is the wisdom, the determination, the central pillar that guarantees continuity. Because her maiden bedroom is no more, the vast ‘Maria’ space is now dedicated to her.

The former stables, one of Solar’s largest and most majestic rooms.
The porte cochere has been adorned with glass, the high whitewashed brick ceiling has been opened up to the light, the stone walls have been carefully grouted and the floors are covered in polished concrete and soft cotton carpets. The former stables have given way to a vast space of authentic comfort and elegance.
In the bedroom, a stone-framed door gives access to the old-fashioned staircase leading to your terrace, a favourite spot for star gazing or sunbathing.
