Arrival and departure times
CHECK IN: 3pm – 8pm
– If you are arriving a little early, leave your luggage in a secure place and enjoy the Solar living areas.
– For late arrivals, please let us know so that we can organise your reception. A supplement of €25 will be charged.
CHECK OUT: 8am – 11am
– Please vacate your room by 11am at the latest, but it is possible to enjoy Solar for a little longer: leave your luggage in a secure area and use the ground floor shower room to freshen up before you leave.
– If you need to leave before 8am, a “pequino almoço” box will be prepared for you.
- Terms of payment and cancellation
These are specified at the time of booking.
- Tourist tax
Since March 2020, Faro Town Hall has introduced a tourist tax. It amounts to €1.50 per day per person, with a maximum stay of 7 days. You will be billed for this tax on arrival. It is not included in the price of our rentals. Like all taxes, it is subject to change

- Use of the property
Solar do Bisavô can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. You may not exceed this maximum capacity during your stay.
- Arrival and departure times
Check-in : 4 pm
Check-out : 10 am
- Security deposit
A deposit by bank guarantee (no immediate debit) will be taken on arrival. The amount is €1,500. This will be cancelled on your departure provided there has been no major damage.
